Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise sold by Bag Depot for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or defective merchandise for an exchange or a refund. Your refund will be credited to the card used for this purchase upon receipt of the merchandise. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Your shipping charge will only be refunded if the incorrect item was sent or an error was made on our part.

Please contact customerservice@bagdepot or call us toll free at 1-866-350-4949 to let us know that you are returning item(s) prior to your shipment. To return, please pack the item(s) in the original box and in the original condition. Also include a copy of the packing slip along with instructions as to an exchange or a refund. Please return within 30 days of receipt.

This policy excludes all personalized, custom and special order items.
